The 2009 Summer School was another complete success with both staff and pupils extremely pleased with the end-of-course performance which was held in the Brunton Theatre.  Images and video are being prepared and will be available soon.

The varied range of students all performed at a top-class level thanks to the highly professional dance staff. We enjoyed a return visit by some members of staff  this year, whose presentations scored a big success with pupils and public.

For more information and to participate in next year’s summer school please contact the Russian Ballet Society to receive a brochure and application form.

Shot through Mme, Bartell's office window at Summer School 2003 , in July, a group of students rehearsing on the lawn where the Summer School was housed and where it will be returning in 2008. Five classes per day plus  rehearsals were evidently just not enough for these enthusiastic students, one of whom had returned for the third consecutive year from Milan.
